Solbox was designed first for ADHD brains, with one-tap Focus, no long setup and sounds that give your attention something steady to hold on to. It is a listening tool, not a treatment, and it works just as well for anyone who finds silence distracting.

Yes. Layer any noise with soundscapes like rain, ocean or fire, add a tone or a binaural preset, and set the volume of each one separately.

Solfeggio tones are a listening option. Many people enjoy them for calm or focus, but there is no solid scientific evidence for the bigger claims made about them online, and Solbox makes no health claims about any tone. Solfeggio frequencies in Solbox

Solbox has 25/5, 50/10 and 90/20 presets, and with Solbox Pro you can set your own work length from 5 to 120 minutes and breaks from 1 to 30 minutes. It runs 4 cycles by default and plays a gentle chime between blocks. The Pomodoro timer

Yes. The countdown shows as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause, resume and stop buttons.

Solbox is an iPhone app for iOS 17.6 or later. It is also available on Macs with Apple silicon and on Apple Vision Pro through the App Store. There is no Android version.

The app is available in 22 languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Ukrainian and Hindi.

Solbox Pro is available as a weekly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices depend on your country, and the App Store shows your local price and any free trial before you pay.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Solbox, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. More help on the support page
