Answers to the most common questions, and how to reach a real person.

Contact us
Email support@solbox-sounds.app and include your iPhone model and iOS version, plus a screenshot if something looks wrong. We usually reply within two working days.
Have an idea for the app? Post it on the feature request board in Solbox (Settings → Feature Requests), where other listeners can vote on it.
Restore your purchases
If you bought Solbox Pro and the app doesn’t show it, open the Solbox Pro screen in the app (Settings, or tap any Pro sound) and tap Restore, while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to your device.
Cancel or manage a subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel, change or check your plan:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Solbox and choose Cancel Subscription or another plan.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and never renews.
For refunds, Apple handles all requests: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
Redeem an offer code
If you received an offer code, redeem it on the App Store offer code page or in Solbox under Settings → Enter Promo Code.
Common playback questions
Sound stops when I lock my phone. Solbox is built to keep playing in the background, with controls on the Lock Screen and in Control Center. If it stops, update to the latest version and email us your iPhone model and iOS version.
Binaural beats sound like one tone. Binaural beats need headphones, because each ear gets a different frequency. Without headphones, Solbox switches to isochronic tones automatically. Read more about binaural beats and isochronic tones.
I want noise under my music. With Solbox Pro, turn on Backdrop mode and Solbox plays alongside Spotify, YouTube and podcasts instead of pausing them.
The Pomodoro countdown isn’t on my Lock Screen. Make sure Live Activities are allowed for Solbox in iOS Settings → Solbox.
