These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Solbox app (“App”), owned and operated by Taras Chernysh. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Solbox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Solbox for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
- The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime one-time purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its audio content.
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights.
5. Disclaimer
The app and its content are provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your needs or be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Solbox is a sound app, not a medical device. Its sounds, tones and binaural beats are listening options and are not a treatment for any medical or psychological condition.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
